The popularity of Sauvignon Blanc in New Zealand has boomed since its discovery in the 1970s, where its perfect partnership with the terroir of the land delivered such unexpected punchy and zesty flavours. The cool climate of Marlborough is the most famous of all the New Zealand wine-growing regions for Sauvignon Blanc. Grown on a variety of soil types – gravels which provide tropical flavours, clay loams produce citrus notes, and deep silty soils lift the aromatic quality.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the natural fruit characteristics. You can expect pungent, tangy grapefruit aromas with a zingy finish, generous weight and impeccable balance.
