Domaine des Tourelles proudly presents their latest gem from the Amik vineyard in the Bekka Valley—a 50-year-old Carignan block. While this fruit has been a crucial component in the acclaimed Domaine des Tourelles Red, winemaker Faouzi had a hunch it could stand on its own. With this first vintage, he proves his point. The wine undergoes a concrete-only process, fermenting and aging for 24 months in their trusty old tanks.
The nose exudes an enticing blend of ripe figs, vibrant cranberries, and juicy raspberries, enhanced by subtle notes of liquorice. On the palate, you’ll discover beautifully ripe red fruit flavours, accompanied by lively hints of fig and dates. The acidity perfectly balances the generous flavours, leading to a pure and clean finish.

Grown at an impressive altitude of 1,050m above sea level, the grapes flourish on 15–20-year-old vines rooted in gravelous and limestone soils. With utmost care, the grapes are meticulously handpicked, ensuring the highest quality. Traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the fermentation process unfolds over a period of 10 days. Following the meticulous blending process, the wine undergoes a gentle clarification, preparing it for its ultimate journey of enjoyment.
Spicy white peach and a sublime jasmine perfume define the character of this wine. Surprisingly fresh, it bursts with peach and apricot flavours, perfectly balanced by an elegant minerality. A true delight for the senses.
