Sepp Moser Classic Style Grüner Veltliner

- B
This beautiful biodynamic Austrian wine is produced on the Vitikultur Moser estate. Their focus is on organic and gentle production, expressing their terroir through their products, which can be seen in their viticulture style. All of their grapes are hand-harvested, and only gentle vinification in the cellar is used, focusing on minimum intervention and allowing the wine to develop its own individual style. It’s slightly wild in style but with enough balance and restraint to retain classic Gruner characters.
